We’re doing our best to diversify monthly ration, we cook different versions of the dishes, which got the most positive reviews.
We always cook on Sunday for Monday and Tuesday, on Tuesday for Wednesday and Thursday, on Thursday for Friday, Saturday and (if necessary) Sunday. The delivery is on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Mostly we have fresh groceries, except several items, which are frozen, because there’s no way to get them fresh here, in Czech Republic (for example, sea fish).
We use thermal boxes with cooling sides. Boxes with the food are packed to the plastic bags. Every bag has a badge with the description of a diet or exceptions (if will).
Every day at the same time with a three-hour interval between the meals. It’s recommended to have a supper at least 3 hours before the bed time.
If you are having an everyday 5 course program and you want to loose weight – it’s not recommended to eat an additional food. The program is set up the way, that you receive all the necessary quantity of energy and systematic healthy weight loss. But still you can eat fresh vegetables (up to 400g).
Drink not sweet and not gassed water, or not sweet fruit teas. Also you can add fresh orange or lemon juice to the water, approx 3 liters per day. Coffee should be washed down by the water also. You can add milk to the coffee, but not sugar. And don’t drink alcohol, it’s way too caloric.
